Hello Maverick Families,

We apologize for having to change some details in regards to our Grade 8 Celebration info, and appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter. Here are the details going forward…

Our students will be watching a special ‘Grade 8 Celebration’ video composed of all the student’s slides, and messages from staff on June 22nd. This date has not changed. This will be shared with all of our students during class time, and then the link will be shared with their families at the end of the day. Please do not share the link with friends, as we want to respect our student’s privacy.

**New Info**

We have finalized the Grade 8 Celebration info. It will be on June 24, between the hours of 2-3:30pm at the front door of the school on Seabrook Drive. Each class of students (including our DL students) have been assigned a time to come to the school to receive their Certificate of Achievement. Please see the chart for your scheduled time. It is a walk/drive by celebration. All Grade 8 students and their immediate family members are welcome to attend. We will be playing music, and will have a poster that you can take pictures by if you’d like. Once you have received your certificate and taken any pictures that you’d like, we ask that you move along and make room for the next family. While on school property please respect our Covid procedures. Everyone will need to wear a mask and maintain social distance. Thank you so much for your cooperation.

If you cannot come at the allocated time for your class, please let your homeroom teacher know ASAP, and we will help make alternate arrangements for you to pick up your certificate.
