Hello Mavericks,

As we come to the end of the year, it is a time to celebrate everything we have accomplished this year, and to look forward to the next year. We have enjoyed watching your child(ren) grow and learn.  Now it is time to celebrate our successes, and to say goodbye until next year.  Again this year will look a little different, as our procedures reflect Covid times.

We would like to share a few details for our upcoming ‘classroom connections’ and the procedures we have put in place so everything runs smoothly. Each class has been given a 30 minute window to come to the school to say a quick goodbye, drop off any items that belong to the school (e.g., Chromebooks, library books, etc…) and to pick up items that were left behind. As you can see in the chart above, it outlines the date, time, and location that where you are to go upon arrival. If by any chance you cannot come during the specified time, please contact your classroom teacher to make alternative arrangements. If you have more than 1 child and would like to pick up all of your children’s packages at the same time, please let the classroom teacher know so we can have them all ready for you.

We ask that once you have retrieved your items and dropped off your technology, to please move along and make room for the next family. While on school property please respect our Covid procedures. Everyone will need to wear a mask and follow proper social distancing rules. Thank you so much for your cooperation.
