ONLINE REGISTRATION is available! Please note that the online registration process is only used for JK Registration and any students who wish to register that are new to the Waterloo Region District School Board. To register online please go to the Board website: https://www.wrdsb.ca/Register.

If parents complete the Online Registration form, you don’t need to complete the paper form. Everything can be completed electronically. If you do not have access to a computer, then you will need to complete a paper form which you can print from the board’s webpage at wrdsb.ca/registration and contact Vicki Weir (vicki_weir@wrdsb.ca) and let her know you have a paper registration.

Once you have completed the online registration Vicki will contact parents to set up an appointment where the parents will provide the required documentation to complete the registration process.

Students who currently attend Jean Steckle, Queen Elizabeth or Southridge, who are affected by the movement of boundaries DO NOT
complete new registrations for Janet Metcalfe PS – schools will automatically register your student for Janet Metcalfe PSand transfer his/her record (Ontario School Record) accordingly.

If your student is currently attending a Waterloo Region District School Board school other than Jean Steckle, Queen Elizabeth or Southridge, you will have to complete the registration forms available or contact your current school to update your information and request a transfer.
