A huge thank you goes out to our Mattamy Homes community partners!!  They have very generously made a donation to Janet Metcalfe Public School which will allow us to build a playground not only for our Grade 1-8 students…. but also equipment for all of our kindergarten learners!!!  It is incredibly exciting to be going through the process of bringing a community together with this new school and to have such incredible support from a company such as Mattamy reinforces how they value community as well.  They say it “takes a village to raise a child”…. it is wonderful when all of those involved in our village play a part in supporting our children!  We look forward to seeing the playground take shape at the end of the summer and we will be celebrating the generous donation of our community partners later in September with a community event…. please stay tuned for further information regarding this.
